What the Butter chicken is?
Butter chicken Recipe is known as murg makhni. Chunks of chicken can be with or without bone roasted 60 to 70% in tandoor with tandoori masala and then cooked in rich tomato greavy is known as Butter chicken.

I am gonna tell you a very simple method to make Butter chicken. Very easily you can make it at home. There are two marination of chicken first and second
Ingredients
For first chicken marination

500gm small sized chicken breast or thighs ( with or without bone optional) skinless

2 ½ tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
-
1 tablespoon Degi chilli powder
-
2 tablespoon mustard oil
-
½ Lemon
-
Salt to taste
Second marination
-
200 gm full fat yogurt
-
2 tablespoon Homemade garam masala
-
2 tablespoon Degi chilli powder
-
1 teaspoon Kasoori methi
-
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
-
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
-
200ml mustard oil
-
Salt to taste
For Tomato greavy
-
1kg red diced tomatoes
-
50 gm cashewnut
-
100gm khoya
-
Ginger
-
Butter
-
Kasoori methi
-
Ginger garlic paste
-
Garam masala
-
Coriander powder
-
Green cardamom powder
-
Cumin powder
-
Rich cream
-
1tablespoon sugar
-
Salt to taste
Preparation Method
Marinate the chicken:
For first marination, in a bowl take chicken and rub all the marinade ingredients over the chicken and keep in the chiller for 30 minutes

Second marination for masala in big bowl add yogurt and all the second marination ingredients and mix well after 30 minutes rub tandoori masala in the chicken and cover with lid and keep aside.
Roast chicken:
You can roast the chicken in tandoor. If you don’t have tandoor the you can grill it aslo. heat pan in medium- high heat.In a grilled pan put little oil and place the marinated chicken and Cook from both sides for 2 to 3 minute. Remove the pan from heat and transfer chicken in to seperate bowl and cover

For tomato greavy :
Heat a pot on medium heat and put butter and little oil and add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes and add diced tomatoes, Cashewnut and khoya let the tomatoes cook for 15 minutes after remove from heat and make fine puree .
Return the puree in cooking pan on meidum high flame and add garm malasa, coriander powder, cumin powder, deggi chilli powder, little sugar, and cardamom powder, kasoori methi, butter and salt to taste .
Finishing :
When tomato sauce become smooth add f grilled chicken and rich cream and stir well let the chicken simmer for 3 minutes.
Add some more butter, kasoori methi powder and about 2 tablespoon cream for waah! Flavor.

Serve :
You can serve it with rice, naan
And with roti also. Leftovers you
Can fridge and use for 4 days.
